- Authenticity
- We take pride in selling only authentic designer merchandise. Every effort is spent to enforce the ongoing commitment to stamp out fakes. If you have any questions regarding an item, please email us prior to purchase. Authenticity services are available at a small fee for peace of mind.
- Shipping & Delivery
- All items will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving payment with the exceptions of public holidays, weekends and dates noted on the website. For Australia wide deliveries, all items will be sent via registered post with full insurance up to $5000. We do ship internationally and will ship to the following countries at present time – Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, UK, and USA. International items up to 20 kilos will be sent via Express Courier International with full online tracking facilities and full insurance up to $5000. International orders may incur customs fees and import duties which are solely payable by the recipient. It is therefore advisable to check with the regulations prior to purchase.
- Returns
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of the business and the consignment terms, we do not offer a return or refund policy at present time. Please ensure you have read all information thoroughly prior to purchase. Please also refer to the condition chart for additional guidance.
- Payment
- We accept bank deposits, net banking transfers and credit cards for local transactions. Proof of identification is required to be faxed through together with your credit card details. Paypal is accepted for international transactions. All items will not be shipped until payment is received or cleared. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diner Card and JCB.
- Lay-by
- We only accept lay-by for items above $500. There are 2 lay-by plans to choose from:
1 month (20% deposit is required to secure the item and the balance to be paid within the month.
2 months (20% deposit is required to secure the item and a subsequent payment of 30% within the 2nd month and the balance to be finalized within the 3rd month).
If the lay-by is cancelled within the first month, the initial 20% deposit will be retained as store credit. If the lay-by is canceled after 1 month, 50% will be retained as store credit. Longer lay-by terms may be negotiable for higher priced items. Please contact us via email or phone for enquiries or to commence the lay-by process. - Product Description
- We make extreme effort to describe and present all merchandise as accurately as possible through images and descriptive text. However, Mio Tesoro does not make any representation or guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of all information provided. All photos are for illustrative purpose only. It is evident that all computers are color blind so no-one sees the same color, hence slight color variations. You are most welcome to consult with us if you need additional information or photos to assist you in your final decision.
- Pricing
- All prices specified on this website are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices of products, exchange rates, delivery and other charges displayed on Mio Tesoro’s website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Orders
- All orders received will have automatic confirmation. We will notify you via Email if an item is already sold out. Only available orders are processed. If your item is not available, your credit card is not charged. If you order multiple items and some of the items are not available, you will only be charged for the available items.
- Password
- Your password allows you access to your personal and order information on the Mio Tesoro website. Please keep this in a safe, secure place and do not share your password with others. If you should forget your password, you may click on Forgot Your Password in the Log In page and we will send out your password to your registered email address.
